Oscar celebrating his goal |
The 21-year-old Brazil international produced a typically classy finish from 20 yards following a lightning-quick counter-attack which will have left manager Jose Mourinho purring.
After picking up the ball inside his own half, Victor Moses embarked on a marauding run through the middle of the pitch, drifting effortlessly past three Inter players thanks to his eye-catching pace before laying the ball off to Oscar, whose curling right-footed effort found the top corner of the Nerazzurri net.
Eden Hazard also scored in the 2-0 friendly win, which was played in Indianapolis, with a first-half penalty.
Oscar joined Chelsea in July 2012 for a fee of £25m, and enjoyed an impressive debut campaign at Stamford Bridge, scoring 12 goals and producing 13 assists from 64 matches.
Alongside Hazard and Juan Mata, who impressed after coming on a half-time substitute against Inter, Oscar is expected to shine again for the Blues this season
